Állás leírása
Responsibilities
Invoice review, authorization and cost control activities
Supporting junior resource in stabilizing and improving cost control processes
Identification of quality issues and risk escalation
Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients, colleagues and management
Service charge and cost reconciliations
Minimising invoice volumes awaiting approval or query resolution times
Liaising with suppliers, managing agents and third parties for legal documentation
Regular reporting on property expenditures
Creditor and debtor account reconciliations
Tenant recharge calculations in line with legal documentation
Validating invoice header details and final invoice approval
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Providing advice and support to team members
Preparation and calculation of finance amendments to tenant/landlord accounts
Ensuring client requirements and quality procedures are followed
Collaboration with other departments
Supporting maintenance of BAU process documents
Cost control query management
Supporting team backup structure
Internal and external audit support
Ad hoc reporting
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and KPI reports
Supporting, coaching and developing analyst and specialist colleagues

Requirements
BSC/MSC degree or relevant real estate operation experience in international environment
Finance or economics degree advantage
3 years relevant work experience
Finance processing or real estate operation experience in international environment advantage
Upper intermediate English language skills
Excellent IT literacy
Client technology platform SME
Upper intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong work ethic
