Cost Accounting SME [BE-RCAS25]

Our client is an international company with three global service centers located in Europe, one of those in Budapest. The Budapest employs around 2,000 professionals and provides services in key areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT, supporting the company’s affiliates worldwide.

• Partnering with the Program team by aligning with its vision, reviewing key documents, global templates, and tools, and taking part in workshops addressing complex scenarios such as data mapping.
• Collaborating closely with R2R-MSC (Manufacturing Supply Chain) counterparts and actively participating in Fit-to-Template workshops, clearly communicating essential local business and reporting requirements.
• Supporting master data definition and migration activities, including data enrichment, migration rehearsals, and coordination with data owners for validation and accuracy.
• Performing or overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and “Day in the Life” simulations in collaboration with Operations teams to ensure readiness and process integrity.
• Organizing and delivering training sessions to end users to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
• Contributing to business readiness initiatives and coordinating operational continuity plans in partnership with the Operations team.
• Maintaining and updating process documentation, while providing post–go-live support in collaboration with the Regional Deployment and IT teams.

• 4-8 years of expiriance in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Accounting
• Strong English knowlage
• SAP knowlage

• Experience with SAP implementation
