Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Cost Accounting during SAP S/4HANA rollout across EMEA
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to align local processes with global templates
- Participate in Fit-to-Template workshops and impact assessments
- Support master data scoping, enrichment, and migration activities
- Coordinate and contribute to testing phases
- Deliver end-user training and support business readiness during cutover
- Provide post go-live support and update process documentation
Requirements
Ideal Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with a focus on inventory accounting (e.g. standard/actual costing, manufacturing orders, variance analysis)
- Solid understanding of operational finance in a production environment
- SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA exposure is a strong advantage
- Prior involvement in system implementation or migration projects
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in virtual, multicultural teams and adapting to change

About the Role
Our client, a leading multinational in the manufacturing sector, is currently rolling out a global SAP S/4HANA implementation program. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Cost Accounting SME with strong inventory accounting expertise and project coordination experience.
This role is part of a strategic deployment team focused on harmonizing finance processes across regions. You'll work closely with project managers, IT teams, and finance stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of cost accounting requirements into the global SAP template.
