Corporate Treasury Manager (m/w/d)

Exclusive Mandate > On behalf of our client, a leading industrial group with worldwide presence, we are seeking a Corporate Treasury Manager with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

In this newly created role, you will build and establish a modern Group Treasury function with global scope. The position combines strategic development with hands-on treasury operations, aligned across Group Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishment of a group-wide treasury framework, including policies, processes, governance and compliance standards
• Development of liquidity, financing and risk management strategies
• Implementation and ownership of the Treasury Management System (TIS) and ERP interfaces to support cash, liquidity and risk management
• Management of global cash and liquidity planning, banking structures, and intercompany financing activities
• Oversight of FX exposures, hedging activities, and credit facilities
• Integration of treasury data into group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable field
• 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Corporate Finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Solid expertise in liquidity management, financing instruments and financial risk management, ideally with treasury set-up or restructuring experience
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft D365, ideally with experience in treasury management systems (TIS) and Power BI
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, ideally in German as well
