Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and acting as a trusted business partner
  • Actively drive sales through regular client visits, phone calls, and proactive sales activities (sales blitzes, open days, partner events)
  • Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities
  • Manage and continuously support the existing client portfolio through effective account management
  • Prepare and manage local and global corporate proposals and contracts using Pipedrive and Opera
  • Achieve and exceed assigned corporate revenue targets
  • Organize and conduct hotel site inspections to showcase services and facilities
  • Analyse market data, sales performance, and industry trends to refine strategies and support informed business decisions
  • Encourage and support cross-selling opportunities within the Mogotel Hotel Group, working closely with colleagues across different properties

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities in both Hungarian and English
  • Have proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including corporate accounts, MICE, and travel agencies
  • Demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and positive attitude, with a high level of accuracy and responsibility
  • Are able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively
