Responsibilities
- Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements
- Negotiates transactions and agreements governing licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances with outside business entities and organizations
- Develops, implements, and maintains asset protection strategies and legal risk
- Helps to guide and shape policy regarding personnel
- Organizational law and help to define the relationship rights and responsabilities
- Advises senior staff on regulatory policy as it relates to business operations
- Work closely with the team to prepare comprehensive briefs and motions on each case that goes to trial; prepare persuasive motions
- Monitor legal risk in the documentation and advise clients appropriately
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions
Requirements
- 5 years professional working experience
- Hard-working and highly qualification
- Higher education degree
- High level knowledge of English languages
- Other languages are a plus – especially knowledge of Serbian-Croatian or French language
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Multitasking personality
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Can represent our values and family
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Litigation experience
- Anticipation and long term vision and thinking
