Be the strategic voice behind a leading retail brand in Hungary!
We are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager who will play a key role in strengthening the company’s prestige and reputation in the domestic market.
In this position, you will oversee external communication strategy, manage public relations activities, and act as the organization’s official Press Officer.
›› FELADATOK:
- Develop and implement annual PR strategies and communication activities. (External)
- Build and execute an internal communication plan aligned with company goals and guidelines.
- Coordinate communication topics across departments, including social media, website, and digital channels.
- Provide PR support and reporting to top management and key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and international communication teams.
- Organize and oversee PR events and media interactions.
- Act as the first point of contact for journalists and media representatives.
- Maintain and develop relationships with media and external stakeholders.
- Monitor news and analyze media reports daily.
- Ensure consistent corporate communication in line with international standards and internal policies.
- Handle issue management and crisis communication in cooperation with senior leadership.
- Lead Public Affairs and Government Relations activities, including:
- Building and maintaining relationships with policymakers and government officials.
- Monitoring and influencing public policy issues.
- Engaging with industry partners, community leaders, and advocacy groups.
›› ELVÁRÁSOK:
- University degree in Commerce & Marketing, Public Relations, or Public Affairs.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate communication or PR.
- Experience in the retail/FMCG sector.
- Proven leadership experience.(Team Lead/Manager role, min. 1 year)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, strategic, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
