Responsibilities

Lead and manage manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Mexico, overseeing plant managers and their teams to ensure efficient production
Oversee warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and quality operations across Canada and Brazil, ensuring seamless regional operations
Develop and implement a comprehensive regional operations strategy that aligns with global objectives and drives business growth
Drive new product introductions and the ramp-up of high-performance manufacturing lines, particularly for data center customer
Focus on continuous improvement in cost efficiency, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence to optimize performance
Partner with Sales to achieve high service levels and competitive lead times in the Americas market, ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, quality, delivery, backlog, and inventory, to meet organizational goals

Requirements

A pragmatic, hands-on leader with strong strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills, driving initiatives with resilience and collaboration while developing people and maintaining credibility with senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's (MBA preferred)
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with a proven track record in scaling production sites
International experience, preferably across the Americas, with a strong background in automation, industrial components, or automotive tier-1 manufacturing
Demonstrated success in leading efficiency and growth initiatives, with hands-on leadership and expertise in KPI management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Experience managing complex supply chains and logistics across multiple countries, and securing investments through strong business cases
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, particularly in U.S. markets, and excellent communication in English (German language skills a plus)
