TASK:

Lead forecast and budget processes with Controlling Manager
Analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets (plant & non-plant)
Provide financial analysis and decision support for manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
Drive operational cost improvements (materials, labor, overhead)
Support regional strategy and partner with supply chain to reduce freight costs and inventory
Conduct productivity and margin analysis, identify improvement areas
Own Supported Sales and Standard Margin Forecast
Collaborate on capacity and resource planning for SCCOP and FTE forecasts

Team Supervision Responsibilities

Help set and track individual objectives
Promote cross-training to build team flexibility
Assess and address team training needs
Develop succession plans and identify growth areas
Conduct individual and team performance reviews

YOUR BACKGROUND SHOULD LOOK LIKE:

University degree in Economics field (Controlling specialization is advantage)
5+ years in Controlling/Finance (leadership experience is advantage)
A few years in a manufacturing company (automotive is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred
Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
