We are looking for a dedicated and analytically minded Controlling Expert to join the team at Szentkirályi, a key and influential player in the Hungarian FMCG market. In this role, you will take ownership of P&L analysis, support accurate and timely forecasting, and provide the financial insights that enable strong strategic and operational decision-making.   • P&L Controlling
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L closing processes
  • Analyze actuals vs. forecast/budget, identify variances and root causes
  • Track and report profitability and efficiency KPIs
  • Lead and develop a 3-person P&L controlling team
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, ensure professional growth of team members
  • Forecasting/budgeting
  • Prepare regular management reports (local and group level)
  • Coordinate forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with business partners (sales, operations, marketing) on performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with business units, support Sales Business Controllers as needed
  • Support & Advisory
  • Provide decision support with data-driven insights
  • Deliver standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Continuously improve controlling processes (automation, digitalization)
  • Education: degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Controlling / FP&A
  • Strong understanding of P&L and controlling processes
  • IFRS / local GAAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel, proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems (SAP), TM1 knowledge
  • People management
