Responsibilities

Build, visualize and deploy new Business reports & requests on time
Prepare data and reports on the financial situation and analyse and prepare main deviations (e.g. versus Budget / Forecast / Actuals)
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in coordination with accounting
Creating forecasts, budget plans and profitability analyses
Close collaboration with HF@KBS
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, summaries with meaningful messages / insight
Ensure that reports are created on time and with high quality
Adapt new reporting requirements and changes for standard reporting

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance or business
At least 3-4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling Area
Experience in working in a matrix organization
Financial reporting experience delivered in an SSC environment
Good understanding of results analysis concepts and configuration
Strong team player who can build and motivate a process team
Solid Excel functions experience
SAP FI and CO module
Experience in SAP
Fluent English
Communication and presentation skills
Continuous development mind-set
Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
Flexibility and stress resistance
Strong team-player who has the capability to work with different stakeholders
Able to pay close attention to detail and deal with tight deadlines
