Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete standard reporting working with HQ controlling department
Deliver presentation and communication of reports to key stakeholders
Prepare analysis on Balance sheet and profit and loss statement and from the sales figures
Build, visualize and deploy new Business reports & requests on time
Support Business partners holding for board-meeting preparation
Coordinate reporting cycles
Prepare data and reports for central and local standard reporting
Analyze and prepare main deviations (e.g. versus Budget / Forecast / Actuals)
Prepare Powerpoint presentations, summaries with meaningful messages / insight
Maintain Reporting Library
Maintain authorization matrix for reporting
Ensure that reports are created on time and with high quality
Adapt new reporting requirements and changes for standard reporting
Enhance reporting packages for local/regional business partner, based on central requirements

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance or business
At least 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling Area
Experience in working in a matrix organization
Financial reporting experience delivered in an SSC environment
Analytical thinking and data analysis skills, data crunching
Flexibility and stress resistance, able to cope with big data set
Knowledge of results analysis concepts and configuration
Solid Excel functions experience
SAP FI and CO module
Experience in SAP
Fluent English
Communication and presentation skills
Continuous development mind-set
Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
Flexibility and stress resistance
Strong team-player who has the capability to work with different stakeholders
Ability to pay close attention to detail and deal with tight deadlines
