Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Daily financial operations: Managing invoices, analyzing financial transactions, and streamlining internal financial processes.
  • Forecasting support: Contributing to financial forecasting through coordination, planning, and system optimization.
  • Project financial monitoring: Collecting and analyzing project-related financial data, identifying discrepancies, and reporting potential risks to project managers.
  • Bank relations: Handling communication with banking partners, managing bank transactions, preparing credit requests, and overseeing credit limits.
  • Accounting coordination: Maintaining regular contact with the accounting office and supporting monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Cross-departmental financial support: Evaluating financial needs, analyzing department budgets, and providing financial guidance when required.
  • Invoice verification: Checking invoices for both formal compliance and content accuracy, ensuring services have been properly delivered in collaboration with the relevant department.

Requirements

Position Requirements:
  • Higher education in Economics or Finance; experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in auditing, cost control, or financial analysis.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • 3–5 years of controlling experience, including data analysis, budgeting, and discrepancy management.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other finance-related tools.
