Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily financial operations: Managing invoices, analyzing financial transactions, and streamlining internal financial processes.
- Forecasting support: Contributing to financial forecasting through coordination, planning, and system optimization.
- Project financial monitoring: Collecting and analyzing project-related financial data, identifying discrepancies, and reporting potential risks to project managers.
- Bank relations: Handling communication with banking partners, managing bank transactions, preparing credit requests, and overseeing credit limits.
- Accounting coordination: Maintaining regular contact with the accounting office and supporting monthly and annual closing activities.
- Cross-departmental financial support: Evaluating financial needs, analyzing department budgets, and providing financial guidance when required.
- Invoice verification: Checking invoices for both formal compliance and content accuracy, ensuring services have been properly delivered in collaboration with the relevant department.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Finance; experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in auditing, cost control, or financial analysis.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- 3–5 years of controlling experience, including data analysis, budgeting, and discrepancy management.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other finance-related tools.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate financial processes and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex financial matters.
- Clear and effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Adaptability to a dynamic business environment and evolving challenges.
- High stress tolerance and resilience, maintaining performance under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset, working efficiently across departments to support company goals.
- Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily work and long-term projects.
