Role Purpose 
To ensure comprehensive financial control of the Hungarian subsidiary, guaranteeing the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and timeliness of the financial information reported to the Global CFO and the Corporate Finance function, while providing financial and economic support to local Management in strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 
1. Corporate Financial Reporting and Consolidation
Prepare, review, and timely report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information to the Global CFO and the Corporate Finance function, ensuring data quality and its proper integration into the Group’s financial consolidation, in accordance with corporate standards and reporting calendars.
2. Budgetary Control and Variance Analysis
Coordinate the annual budgeting process and forecast cycles, monitoring performance and conducting variance analysis on costs, margins, and financial performance, proposing corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
3. Cost Control and Business Profitability
Oversee the main cost centers, activities, and projects of the subsidiary, analyzing operational profitability and supporting efficiency initiatives, resource optimization, and overall performance improvement.
4. Financial Support to the Subsidiary CEO (Business Partner)
Act as a financial business partner to the local CEO, providing financial analysis, management reports, scenarios, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
5. Accounting Oversight, Internal Control, and Compliance
Supervise and coordinate local accounting processes (in-house or outsourced), ensuring alignment with the financial, accounting, and internal control policies defined by Global Finance, as well as identifying financial risks and proposing control measures and continuous improvement actions.
