The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components business unit is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. Controller - Dynamic Components

Main tasks, responsibilities:

Feladatok

Coordinate and maintain financial reporting/ will provide the management with the appropriate financial and operating information
Coordinates and confers with the Management to establish our annual business plan and monthly forecasts to achieve the targets set forth by our organization
Oversees cost center budgeting as part of annual budget process
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
Analyze of plan/forecast/actual deviations (e.g. volume, spending, sales, material cost variances, G&A, labor, NWC, Cash)
Support decision-making at all levels of the organization by providing information, analysis, and financial direction in areas of policy and planning
Manage Product Costing process; instruct and train others in process; supervise to ensure accurate completion; act as backup in absence of responsible persons
Ensure that all controlling activities are in accordance with Federal, State and Local and ThyssenKrupp guidelines
Support audit activities as required
Responsible for planning, coordination and financial reporting for capital investments and capitalized development, and depreciation

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a college or university in Accounting/Controlling
Minimum 3 years' experience in controlling
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
SAP knowledge is required

Skills:
