Responsibilities

Creation and activation of contracts in the RAMAS system
Billing of service contracts for customers
Correction of wrongly prepared invoices using a credit note
Administration of the electronic archive of invoices
Communication with customers or dealers during invoice correction
Administration of contracts with allocations from the margin of the vehicle
Communication with dealers about the existence of allocations from cold vehicles
Insertion of allocations into contracts
Administrative support for the CS and B&S team members
Ad hoc data analyses as necessary

Requirements

University/collage degree (we also welcome applications from graduates)
Analytical skills
Systematic, open-minded and dedicated to digitalisation
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Effective Written and Verbal Communications
Working with MS Office (medium level Excel)
Active knowledge of Hungarian, English language (B1), Slovak or Czech (B1)
