About the job
As we continue to transform the practice of medicine, the next chapter of Sanofi's Play to Win strategy will require a focus on delivering transformation and simplification of our core processes, optimizing resource allocation and deployment to fuel business growth and investment in science.
To facilitate this transformation, a new Business Operations Business Unit is being established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity.
This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best-in-class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture.
Reporting to the Contract Solutions Partner Team Lead - CSE Africa Turkey & Levant, the Contract Solutions Partner plays a critical role in Sanofi's MCOs, providing contracting guidance and advice, triaging Contracting issues, driving adherence to the Contracting Core model, and working collaboratively with the business and Contract Services teams to anticipate annual contract volumes in an effort to ensure the right-level of resourcing and support is available to manage demands.
We’re an innovative global healthcare company that helps the world stay ahead of infectious diseases by delivering more than 500 million vaccine doses a year. Across different countries, our talented teams are exploring new technologies to protect people and promote healthy communities. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive adherence to contracting core model, working across the enterprise to ensure contracting needs and related services within multi-country organization (MCO) align to contract lifecycle management standards and are integrated as part of the end-to-end contract delivery framework.
- Identify and monitor deviations to core model and define remediation plans if needed.
- Work closely with MCO teams to anticipate annual contract volumes and resourcing needs to ensure the right-level of support is available to manage demands across each Global Business Unit (GBU) and Corporate Function; provide customer service and triage support in effort to address contract-related issues and bring solutions to resolve.
- Collaborate with MCO management to measure progress and value delivery, including adherence to performance metrics and service specific KPIs.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships across the business to drive simplification and standardization in contracting operations/processes, and to strengthen the contracting control environment.
