Contract manager for legal claims (m/f/d)

Delay Management and Risk Mitigation

• Identify potential risks within contracts that could lead to project delays and defects
• Monitor contract execution to detect deviations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address contractual challanges

Contractual Compliance and Dispute Resolution

• Review and interpret contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms, including quality standards, and penalties
• Manage client communications regarding contractual matters, including common interpretation, negotiations
• Resolve contractual disputes by preparing detailed documentation and engaging legal teams or arbitration processes when required

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Law or Economic degree (with solid legal background)
• Native Hungarian and advanced English language skills

Legal Expertise

• Strong understanding of contractual law
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers

Organisational expertise

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or service provider environment
