Continuous Improvement Specialist/Lean Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of complex Continuous Improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide Lean expertise and support factory management using tools such as QRQC, VSM, Lean Line Design, TOP10 tools, and GPS (Grundfos Production System).
Actively participate in the digitalization journey, serving as an ambassador and super user for new digital tools.
Develop and implement CI plans at the factory level, estimating costs, resources, and time required for project phases and monitoring activities to achieve targets.
Lead CI meetings, Kaizen Workshops (KWS), Step Change projects, and prepare regular reports to communicate project status internally and externally.
Lead local GPS projects and motivate production team members to establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, with a high-level knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps.
Industry experience within a business environment, primarily in large manufacturing settings.
2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate others.
Proficiency in English and Hungarian
