Job location: Debrecen

• Collect and analyse systems and operational data to understand inefficiencies.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost.
• Analyse discrepancies and design procedures to reduce or eliminate site impact.
• Conduct feasibility analyses on processes and equipment to propose effective solutions.
• Calculate cost-benefit, identify business impacts, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to identify cost-effective reductions in process, resource, and supplier material.
• Establish norms and standards of company performance.
• Monitor staff performance and organizational processes.
• Communicate ideas and opinions to other members of management.
• Lead and guide team members in new processes, and stay up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivating relationships with both external and internal partners to drive collaborative success and satisfaction.

• Minimum of three years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management – as advantage would be Automotive or Production background.
• Experience in multinational environments and a prefered background in automation.
• Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
• Lean mindset with expertise in AutoCAD and layout design.
• Experience with MTM or similar design methodologies.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and mentoring skills, with the confidence to lead organizational change.
