Job location: Debrecen
What will we do together?
- Collect and analyse systems and operational data to understand inefficiencies.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Analyse discrepancies and design procedures to reduce or eliminate site impact.
- Conduct feasibility analyses on processes and equipment to propose effective solutions.
- Calculate cost-benefit, identify business impacts, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to identify cost-effective reductions in process, resource, and supplier material.
- Establish norms and standards of company performance.
- Monitor staff performance and organizational processes.
- Communicate ideas and opinions to other members of management.
- Lead and guide team members in new processes, and stay up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivating relationships with both external and internal partners to drive collaborative success and satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of three years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management – as advantage would be Automotive or Production background.
- Experience in multinational environments and a prefered background in automation.
- Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
- Lean mindset with expertise in AutoCAD and layout design.
- Experience with MTM or similar design methodologies.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the confidence to lead organizational change.
