Our company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, an entry-level professional providing organizational, analytical, and reporting support to the Continuous Improvement (CI) function. This position plays a key role in coordinating department activities, managing reporting cycles, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Focus Areas & Stakeholders: The role partners closely with site leadership, functional managers, and CI leads across WI. The Coordinator will support client groups by preparing meeting materials, capturing key actions, tracking progress against priorities, and providing data-driven insights that highlight performance trends.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for CI- team meetings, workshops, and review sessions (schedule, agenda, documentation, action tracking).
  • Prepare and distribute reports and dashboards summarizing KPIs, CI project progress, and business performance trends.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational and financial data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist CI leaders with monitoring project outcomes, tracking benefits, and consolidating site-level performance reporting.
  • Manage documentation of best practices, standard work, and process updates within the CI knowledge library.
  • Support preparation of monthly and quarterly leadership reports with data visualizations and commentary on variance analysis.
  • Serve as the point of contact for data requests and reporting queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide communication support including drafting meeting minutes, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on ongoing CI initiatives and compliance with reporting frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or other reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations.
  • Interest or foundational training in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement is desirable (Green Belt in progress a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data for accuracy and insights.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to identify gaps and flag improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player able to support diverse stakeholders and help manage change.
  • Highly accountable, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning.
