Responsibilities

Application consulting services to the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite
Identification of customer requirements
System configuration changes
Activation of new product features
Troubleshooting system issues
Development and delivery of training materials
Conducting training sessions
Creation of analytical reports to support business decision-making
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Driving customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
Understanding complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements
Performing data migrations
Ensuring seamless integration

Requirements

3+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
Experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role
Experience managing customer expectations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Nice-to-have

Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing Content Management Systems such as Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or similar, Knowledge and applicable work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Understanding of life sciences content management principles, Project management experience
