This position is ideal for a success-driven, hunter-minded sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments. You will own the full consultative sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation to deal closure, across both domestic and international markets.

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities
  • Manage the full consultative sales cycle: prospecting to contract signing
  • Conduct needs analysis and co-develop AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals
  • Engage and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
  • Lead and win RFPs, tenders, and grant-based opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships across industries
  • Develop partnerships and go-to-market collaborations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM discipline
  • Monitor market trends and represent the company at industry events
  • Support international market expansion initiatives
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise consultative sales (AI, SaaS, or complex solutions)
  • Proven success in new business acquisition (“hunter” mentality)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills at executive level
  • Established professional network (domestic and/or international)
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Solid understanding of technology concepts (AI, integrations, APIs)
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • You have experience with RFPs, tenders, and institutional sales
  • You have successfully worked with EU or Hungarian grant applications
  • You have experience with international organizations or multilateral institutions
  • You have experience in cross-border sales environments
