Construction Specialist

Your challenges:
- Executes warranty claims and issues on time and quality.
- Cooperates with external, internal partners to complete all repairs on time and requested quality.
- Manages the investment budget, critical path, execution, and updates schedule of the projects.
- Issues weekly construction reports to Construction Project Managers.
- Executes mini projects which are successfully finished within required time, budget and quality.
- Prepares report about the status of the unit, based on the warranty claims and provides suggestion for new openings and prepares best practice for upcoming projects.
- Cooperates with different departments, prepares actual data based on the warranty claims and follows up according to the contracted condition.
- Evaluates general contractors about the warranty support.
- Provides regular update about the warranty repair status for relevant departments.
- Ensures project documentations are fully delivered and archived.
- Cooperates with relevant departments to update internal standards to provide more effective warranty service.
- Cooperates with Facility Management and Property to ensure that all technical aspects of the projects and warranty claims and handover process are being executed successfully.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum secondary education
- 2+ years of experience in the profession required, preferably as a Construction Specialist
- Good command of English and Hungarian
- Knowledge of standards, rules, and building code (law).
- Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High level of communication and negotiation skills also in English.
- Planning skills.
