Responsibilities
- The main responsibilities will be to deliver new build projects.
- You will oversee all live construction projects for time, cost, quality and safety.
- Professional management, organisation and supervision of construction works,
- Compliance with and enforcement of the terms of construction contracts,
- Compliance with and enforcement of construction schedules,
- Conducting cooperation meetings with clients and subcontractors,
- Monitoring and enforcing the quality and technological requirements of the construction work,
- Monitoring and approving the performance of subcontractors and suppliers,
- Administrative tasks of the site manager,
- Preparing reports and project reports,
- Maintaining and checking electronic construction logs.
Requirements
- Functions effectively as part of a team.
- Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes.
- Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates good management and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- General understanding of industry Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Ready and willing to learn new skills to enhance their career growth.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same.
- 3-5 years of high-rise civil construction experience required.
