Responsibilities

Help create and adjust project reports, turning basic data into clear summaries for the team.
Assisting in preparing reports, dashboards and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Helping organize and facilitate meetings and workshops, including preparing materials and taking notes.
Supporting digital project management tools.
Helping monitor technical operations (e.g., charging infrastructure, service processes, maintenance activities).
Participating in quality and process management tasks, such as reviewing documentation or updating process maps.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary engineering teams, contributing to smooth information flow and coordination.
Conducting basic research or data analysis to support engineering and project management decision-making.
Supporting internal team activities such as strategic decision-making, topic development and more.
Supporting the processing of tenders and the preparation of documents.

Requirements

Ongoing studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Architecht, Energy Engineer, Earth Science Engineer, Geoinformatics or a related technical field.
Strong command of English. German would be appreciated.
Availability of 20–25 hours/week during the semester
Analytical and structured working style, eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working in an international environment.
Very good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
MS Project, Power BI or SharePoint is an advantage.
High attention to detail, structured mindset, proactive approach.
