Responsibilities

Managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate efficient project execution.
Ensuring construction activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
Resolving construction-related issues and addressing any unexpected challenges.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.
Collaborate with teams to ensure construction plans meet technical requirements.
Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with India's safety regulations and quality standards.
Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and payment requests.
Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, construction technologies, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil , Mechanical , Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations .
Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality construction projects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic construction environments.
Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and construction scheduling software.
Familiarity with ongoing construction safety and risk management practices.
