Responsibilities

Ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service
Paying attention to guest inquiries, needs and solving upcoming issues, problems
Recommending the hotel services and facilities as well as the Hungarian special programs
Being responsible for the hotel car and taxi services
The ability to properly and efficiently handle accounting tasks, incoming and outgoing post, email, packages, ability to know/research and stay up to date on city-wide activities
Displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with guests, colleagues and external contacts

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
College/university degree in relevant field
Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian as well
Excellent knowledge of Hungary and Budapest
Outstanding guest service & organization skills
Professional self & corporate representation
