Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to support business performance and service quality, working closely with internal teams
Handle and support lease contracts, including contract changes and amendments
Act as the main point of contact for concessionaires, managing daily requests and operational matters
Improve service quality by reviewing performance data and monitoring partner activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or client-facing roles in the retail industry
Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
B category driving license
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn and continuously develop
Task- and results-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Collaborative team member with strong self-motivation
