Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to support business performance and service quality, working closely with internal teams
- Handle and support lease contracts, including contract changes and amendments
- Act as the main point of contact for concessionaires, managing daily requests and operational matters
- Improve service quality by reviewing performance data and monitoring partner activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or client-facing roles in the retail industry, which could be shopping center management or key account management at a retailer or food & beverage company
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage small teams or projects
- Understanding of airport commercial operations and their impact on business and customer experience
- B category driving license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic, results-driven, and business-focused
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication
- Team player, self-motivated, and independent
- Builds strong working relationships
- Honest, reliable, and demonstrates personal drive
