Responsibilities

Development and improvement of computer vision algorithms for cricket tracking systems
Building and enhancement of ball and player tracking solutions using multi-camera technology
Contribution to multi-view geometry solutions to improve tracking accuracy
Solving problems around occlusion, recovery, and object tracking
Optimization of algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability
Enhancement of mature computer vision systems used in live production environments
Investigation and resolution of algorithmic accuracy and performance issues
Collaboration with engineers across computer vision, software, and platform teams
Contribution of ideas and improvements to existing systems and future developments

Requirements

Experience developing or applying computer vision algorithms through commercial or academic projects
Strong C++ programming skills
Understanding of computer vision fundamentals and image processing techniques
Familiarity with multi-camera systems and associated computer vision challenges
Interest in algorithm optimisation and performance improvement
Experience using Git or other version control systems
Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team and communicate ideas effectively

Nice-to-have

Experience with CUDA or GPU-accelerated computing
Knowledge of concurrency and parallel processing concepts
Understanding of networking or operating system fundamentals
Exposure to machine learning techniques or related frameworks
Experience working on real-time or high-performance systems
