Responsibilities

About the job:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters

  • Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and risk controls

  • Liaise with regulators and manage reporting obligations

  • Train and support internal teams on compliance topics

  • Conduct internal audits and investigations when necessary


About the candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations (FinSA, AMLA, etc.)

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
