Responsibilities

Support ongoing ESG regulatory compliance work including monitoring and incorporating new UK and ESMA requirements into the firm's compliance framework
Assist with compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities
Respond to employee questions on policies and procedures acting as a point of contact alongside the compliance team
Maintain documentation and records to support audit and regulatory review readiness
Assist with tracking regulatory deadlines and framework updates

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or auditing roles
Familiarity with ESG regulatory concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow up effectively across different departments and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented approach with comfort in documentation and process work
Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently on a temporary assignment
