Responsibilities

Platform management and operations of Crayon and Clozd platforms
System integration and collaboration with IT teams
Enablement and adoption of platforms across sales, product, and marketing teams
Program and content maintenance of Clozd Win-Loss program and Crayon feeds
Metrics and reporting on platform health and success

Requirements

Platform administration experience with enterprise software platforms
Tool expertise with Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and Clozd Win-Loss platform
Technical project management experience supporting software integrations
Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and training skills
Bachelor27s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
