Ford Business Solutions Center is looking for a
Communications and Change Management Senior Specialist
to join our team in our office in the Váci Greens building.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
- Create effective, efficient and engaging communication among employees using all communication tools and channels.
- Implement the communications plans of the internal communication projects in line with the company's vision and strategies. Prepare editorial content. When necessary, oversee support from 3rd parties for the preparation of visual / video of the content.
- Use feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of communication and prepare feedback and interaction reports.
- Examine innovative communication methods, follow new trends, bring innovations that will benefit internal Ford communications in Europe, Mexico, India and the US.
- Create, develop and manage web sites using Sharepoint.
- Publicize and promote internal employee events.
- Manage internal communication, social media and employer branding presence of Ford Business Solutions in Europe (Romania and Hungary), partnering with other departments to ensure consistency of message and brand.
Are we looking for you? Yes if…
- You have University / College degree in Business/HR/Communications/Journalism/Web or Graphic design/ similar
- You have at least 3-5 years demonstrated experience in communications, writing, project management, or similar role.
- You have strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills and relationship-building capability
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and English (Romanian is an advantage)
- You have proficiency in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies
- You have advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite skills, Sharepoint and video editing skills can be an advantage
- You have strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- You have excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently

Location: the position would be located in Budapest, Váci Greens, with occasional days in our office in Szentendre. Occasional need to work flexible hours to enable collaboration across time zones.
