Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks to support the commissioning team
- Manage attendance records and vendor services quotes
- Facilitate new vendor registrations
- Assist with inventory processes
- Utilize SAP Concur and Workflow for daily tasks
- Support new team member onboarding
- Prepare statements and reports
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (administration).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate English language skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
