Responsibilities
Your tasks
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of events
- Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift
- Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food
- Compliance with and daily monitoring of hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a chef
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and public holiday shifts
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability and enthusiasm for cooking
- High level of commitment and quality awareness
- Very good knowledge of English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
- Successful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland
