Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy for Apple’s B2B portfolio, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Own and manage the business P&L, achieving revenue and margin targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
Identify, recruit, and manage strategic B2B partners, system integrators, and enterprise solution providers.
Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance and engagement.
Design and implement partner programs, incentive structures, and enablement initiatives to boost productivity and loyalty.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier partners and enterprise clients.
Engage directly with large corporate customers to identify needs and deliver tailored Apple-based solutions.
Champion Apple-driven digital transformation initiatives across key verticals and market segments.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution and client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional commercial team, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to proactively shape business strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably within the IT, consumer electronics, or enterprise technology sectors.
Strong leadership experience in managing commercial or channel sales teams.
University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and achieving sales targets.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive to exceed business goals.
