Responsibilities

System administration of commercial stack including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spotlight.ai, Amplemarket
Provisioning, troubleshooting, and supporting commercial systems
Design and maintenance of scalable automations using Zapier and n8n
Utilization of Claude Code and other AI tools to write scripts, build integrations, and automate repetitive GTM tasks
Partnership with GTM leaders to identify gaps and prioritize process enhancements
Maintenance of a clear roadmap to drive productivity and revenue impact
Ensuring key objects and fields are structured for reliable reporting
Building and tuning Salesforce reports and dashboards for ad-hoc and recurring analytics
Creation of user guides, process maps, and change-logs for documentation and enablement
Training users on new features and best practices
Partnering with IT and Security to enforce role-based access, data retention policies, and audit requirements
Leading small-to-mid-size projects from scoping through UAT and rollout

Requirements

1 - 2 years of experience in Salesforce including configuration, development, automation building, and user management
Expertise in AI-driven automation and middleware using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Claude Code
Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand business process challenges and provide guidance on technical solutions
Proven ability to implement technical solutions that drive business processes
Self-motivated and curious problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities in a high-growth SaaS environment
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
