Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Based on long term relationship with customer, acts as first point of contact at order management, quotation preparations and invoicing
- Lead and review operational performance with the cross functions
- Monitors customer satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with sales management team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Understands the key priorities of the customer to support account management and sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts.
- Represents the company to the selected customer and the customer to the company in all sales related activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
- Support the Aviation Commercial Team with analytics, reports
- Work together with sales team to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Support the job of Aviation Sales Director and the Operations Manager
- National and International travel related task as booking, insurance, PO, payment owner
- Participate in the development of new logistic processes
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of economics
- 5+ years of prior experience in customers service or customer related field
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Assumes personal responsibility for actions
- Demonstrates strong team player capabilities
- Customer focused mindset
Nice-to-have
- Aviation industry relevant experience is an advantage
