Responsibilities

Supporting financial and commercial processes in large IT-enabled projects across energy, utilities, transportation, public infrastructure, industrial facilities, and real estate development
Checking and validating invoices and claims
Discussing topics with suppliers
Preparing reports
Following up on open items
Supporting day-to-day financial operations and project coordination
Working closely with project teams and finance stakeholders

Requirements

Fluent German and English language knowledge
Finished studies in the field of Economics, Finance or similar related fields
Excellent skills in Excel
Experience in stakeholder management in complex project environment (advantage)
Experience handling invoices in fast paced environment (advantage)
Experience in public procurement and contract governance (advantage)
Experience in Transmission System Operator (TSO) field (advantage)
