Responsibilities

Achieving Sales and Profitability Targets
  • Drives sales and market share growth with a direct effort to attain or exceed annual and quarterly sales and profit.
  • Analyze market and sales data and identify opportunities for continuous development of the business.
  • Manages sales and promotion expenses according to the target.
Team Coaching and Development
  • Coaches, trains, motivates and develops the local sales team.
  • Ensure all necessary reports from the team are prepared in the required format and in timely manner.
  • Advice on field force structure, territory management, selling skills, doctors profiling.
Marketing Plan Execution
  • Ensures the team executes local market plans in line with the agreed marketing plan including all the required promotional tools and materials.
  • Meets the targeted key customers regularly to assess future market needs in the country as well as maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders across segments. This individual should also identify and recruit new KOL's to support product strategies.
  • Aims for the product launch excellence.
  • Actively contributes to the yearly budget and marketing plan preparation process.
Support Functions Coordination
  • Acts as first point of contact for potential distributor enquiries and manages day-to-day logistics, orders, and other distributor cooperation issues.
  • Ensures required follow up of the support functions (regulatory, pricing, reimbursement, finance, legal).
  • Accomplishes all the administrative tasks in relation to the operation.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent (preferably Business/Marketing or Science)
  • Marketing experience desirable
  • Experience of Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry
  • Sales and/or Sales Management experience preferred
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Project management skills
  • Good analytical skills
