Responsibilities
- Identification and acquisition of new liquidity clients
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
- Development of targeted outreach strategies for CEOs, Heads of Dealing, Risk Managers
- Representation of the group at major industry events
- Conversion of event and outbound leads into long-term institutional clients
- Structuring liquidity pricing proposals aligned with client flow profile and volume expectations
- Management of the full contracting process and coordination of KYC documentation and onboarding with Compliance and Legal teams
- Oversight of payment setup and terms in coordination with Finance
- Serving as the primary commercial owner for all assigned client relationships
- Monitoring client trading volumes, net deposits, commissions
- Conducting regular commercial reviews with clients
- Identification and execution of upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite
- Providing structured feedback to Product and Technology teams
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Delivering weekly pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
- Tracking key commercial KPIs
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in institutional liquidity, prime brokerage, electronic trading technology or private banking space
- Proven experience selling liquidity, trading infrastructure, or brokerage technology
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring institutional clients
- Existing network of institutional customers
- Strong understanding of FIX API connectivity, liquidity aggregation, bridge technology
- Knowledge of institutional liquidity economics including spreads, commissions, order book construction
- Experience managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to account growth
- Ability to travel internationally
