Responsibilities

• Duration: Three years
• Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
• Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.
• International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
• Program Start: The program begins with a Commercial Offering Analyst role in Bonn, Germany location, a strategic location within Eaton's commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will focus on creating market-ready solutions, pricing and tender texts, opportunity management, and building a structured matrix to enable fast, competitive offers and increase Eaton's market visibility.
• The program begins in September 2026.

Requirements

  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience).
  • Effective communication.
  • Proactivity and curiosity.
  • Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks.
  • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.
  • Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
