Responsibilities

As a Commercial Controller you will play a key role in shaping our commercial success by partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. You'll drive pricing strategies, lead commercial planning, and ensure our budgets and investments are aligned with business goals. With a strong analytical mindset, you'll provide actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and continuously improve our controlling processes and tools.

Your key responsibilities

Drive pricing strategies, customer investments, and market development initiatives
Lead sales and pricing budget planning, consolidation, and presentation
Take financial ownership in negotiations with key distribution partners
Monitor and control marketing and trade budgets to maximize ROI
Develop and manage KPIs to track commercial performance
Deliver insightful management reports, profitability analyses, and trend evaluations
Continuously improve controlling tools, systems, and processes

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent commercial training.
At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an FMCG environment.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel knowledge.
Experience with planning and controlling systems and strong knowledge of controlling methods and instruments.
Strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and high numerical accuracy.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
Quick learner with a hands-on mentality and high initiative.
High integrity, discretion, and loyalty.
