Responsibilities

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports with in-depth analytical insights
Development of high-quality analytical reports and presentations for senior management
Analysis of current business performance and provision of actionable recommendations for improvement
Ensuring accuracy of reporting and performance analysis against historical data and budgets
Design, tracking, and optimization of key collection KPIs including Recovery Rate, PTP, Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency

Requirements

Willingness to relocate to India
Higher education in mathematics, economics, or a technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in Collections
Strong SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, complex queries, stored procedures
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
