Responsibilities
• Efficient operation of 5-axis CNC machining centres, reviewing programs, making necessary corrections
• Machining single and small series plastic parts on one or two machines
• Minute administration of work related to the production control system.
Requirements
Proactive, communicative, passionate, convincing and determined; these and the following qualities are part of your DNA:
• Programming machines using FutureCAM, Tebis CAM, and G-Code.
• Proficiency in programming 5-axis milling machines to ensure optimal utilization of machine capabilities.
• Performing calibrations of Renishaw measurement probes.
• Creating measurement cycles using Renishaw technology.
• Familiarity with OSAI and BWO controller operations.
• Precise tool selection and optimization of cutting parameters.
• Solid modeling in SolidWorks and TebisCAD.
• Excellent understanding of technical drawings and measurement tools.
• Generating comprehensive technical and technological documentation.
• Drawing 2D documentation using QCAD and SolidWorks.
Responsibility for regular inspections and controls of CNC machines.
• Knowledge of computer networks for monitoring and problem-solving in Windows/IT.
• Familiarity with various programs and systems for controlling the production process.
• Readiness to monitor machine operations and resolve operational issues.
• Preparation and conduct of training sessions for CNC machine operators.
• Implementation of new programs on CNC machines.
• Designing fixturing for CNC machines.
• Calculating production time for new parts, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Managing the CNC program, technical, and technological documentation database.
• Additional elements enriching the scope of duties:
• Constantly seeking and implementing new methods to optimize production processes on CNC machines, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitoring new trends and technologies in CNC machining and proactively introducing innovations to elevate the technological level of the company.
• Providing technical support for CNC machine operators in case of technical difficulties and offering expert assistance in solving production problems.
• Identifying potential risks associated with the production process and developing strategies to minimize them, ensuring continuity and safety in production.
• Continuous development of personal skills through participation in industry training, conferences, and utilizing available educational resources.
• Systematic analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and providing reports on CNC machine performance.
