Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Manage group sales and catering opportunities for Moxy and cluster hotels (Dean’s Home Budapest and new openings).
• Work closely with Marriott Global Sales Offices, local and international partners to coordinate and optimize sales efforts.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Promote cross-selling across the hotel cluster and highlight relevant services to group clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Negotiation & Booking Management
• Use creative selling and negotiation techniques to close deals and secure group bookings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from proposal and contract to group closure, including handover for invoicing to Finance.
• Utilize sales tools like Opera PMS, Event Temple, and other platforms for tracking and reporting.
Guest & Partner Collaboration
• Ensure smooth coordination with hotel departments to support event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with brand expectations.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Help resolve any issues during the sales process with a proactive, guest-first mindset.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, or related areas.
- Negotiation-level English skills, written and spoken,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working with international hotel brands is an advantage.
