Responsibilities

Drive innovation by evaluating and continuously advancing therapies through aerosol inhalation
Communicate scientific insights effectively and foster strong interdisciplinary collaborations to ensure successful translation into clinical practice
Analyze and interpret scientific literature and design clinical studies that generate evidence for novel treatment approaches
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality management system requirements
Act as a key interface between research, clinical practice, and industry to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

Master's degree or higher (University, FH) in Molecular Biology or a closely related field; knowledge of Business Administration is desirable
Extensive hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing research projects and clinical studies
Affinity for regulatory compliance and quality management systems within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Strong ability to bridge scientific research with practical application in clinical settings
Proven competence in cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and ensure adherence to industry standards

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00 for fulltime 38.5 hours/week.
